苟瑞军，男，汉族，曾用名苟晓红，笔名瑞之，甘肃平凉静宁人，军旅书法家，艺巡中华爱心书画院院士，书法作品多次参展全国比赛并获奖。曾在北京军区某部服役，后在行政事业单位工作，获陇南市第四届道德模范提名奖。多部作品在《组织人事》、《陇南报》、《党建文汇》、《甘肃经济日报》《甘肃农民报》《党的建设》等报刊、媒体发表。书法得意其趣，趋之熟巧，参差错落，俊美飘逸，洒脱流畅，自然率真，姿态横生而自然天成，以体势而立，笔力取胜，近年来书法作品被国内及美国、法国、意大利、新加坡、韩国等知名人士及书法爱好者，或收藏或悬挂抑或购买赠送亲朋好友，受到高度评价，百度搜狐、今日头条等权威媒体进行广泛报道。

Gou Ruijun Profile

Mr. Gou Ruijun, of Han nationality, was born in Jingning County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province. As a calligrapher, and as a member of the Art Tour of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, he participated in many national competitions, and his calligraphy works won many awards. He started practising calligraphy while serving in the Army and later working as an administrative official in Hui County, Gansu Province. His calligraphy has been praised for its sophisticated style, uninhibited manner, and natural brushwork. In recent years, his calligraphy works have been collected by celebrities at home and abroad, and reported by Sohu.com, Toutiao.com, and other media.

He won the Nomination Award for the 4th Longnan City Moral Model, and many of his work-related articles have been published in newspapers and media, such as “Organization and Personnel”, “Longnan Daily”, “Party Construction Reports”, “Gansu Economic Daily”, “Gansu Farmers News”, and “Party Construction”.

From July 2015 to July 2019, he was assigned to serve as the first secretary and leader of the poverty alleviation team of Gaoshan Village, Yongning Town, Hui County. As a result of their outstanding work performance, the team was rated as an excellent assistance team of Gansu Province, and Mr. Gou himself was commended as an excellent team leader by the County, City, and Province.
